We can book an apartment only if your stay is 2 or more nights. If you planning on staying 1 night please call us one day before or when you arrive and we will provide you a list of available apartments to suite your needs.

The apartment is considered reserved for you after prepayment is made. (it should be not less then amount for one night of stay). Upon booking you pay for first night and the remaining balance when you arrive. Prepayment can be made by:
- your representative in Kiev
- через вашего представителя в Киеве
- bank transfer
- Western Union, Money Gram or other money transfer system

Check in / check out time

Check in - 1 p.m.
Check out -12 p.m.
Early check in or late check out can be arranged in advance. There is a 50% of one night stay charge for early check in (7 a.m.- 1 p.m.) and late check out (12p.m.- 6 p.m.). If you need to stay longer then that charge for one night applies.

Please note:
Cancellations are accepted and your payment will be returned in full if you notify us no later then 30 days before the arranged dates of your trip. After that there is no returns of your deposit. We will always help if you need to change dates.
